How can I contact Candy Confections via Telephone?
Currently we are working on having an automated system to take support request enquiries only. In the meantime we are dealing with support via Email. If anything is urgent please email us with #SOS as your subject. This won't get through to us if the email is being spam sent (sent too many times within 24 hours) or if you also spam '#SOS'.
I haven't recieved my Candy Confections order yet, what do I do?
If you haven't recieved your order yet there could be a possible chance it has been lost or stolen, don't worry though, If your order has been tracked and you have the order details you will get your order either way but you have to contact your courier (The delivery company which has your order). Give all the details about your parcel, such as your tracking number, content and other relevant information. After you forward all the necessary information to the company, an investigation process will start. It usually takes a few days to investigate.You should also look in your payment details for tips on what could have happened.
My order has come damaged what do I do?
Unfortunately, if your order from us has come damaged we can't do anything, our policy is to fully package, scan and send off the order as an official product if it has come damaged then you should ask your courier if the order came with heavy things or did something happen at the drop-off station. Unfortunately, If they could not oblige with the questions then we cannot do anything as these are edible sweets and we can't put a guarantee on them. We also can't replace or refund due to fraud and violation guidelines.
I live outside of the UK and I want to make a huge order , what can I do?
Please if you want to order a huge quantity of products then please make sure to contact us before you order so we can tell you how much of something we have in stock (For people living outside of the UK only) So you don't pay extra for something you can't get (that will not happen but it's to make things easy for yourself and us) aslo note that depending on the things you order can also inrease the price of shipping due to weight policies from delivery companies.
I live in Asia can I still buy?
Of course you can buy from anywhere in the world but the shipping rates are only set due to common customer activity in parts of the world. To get your order shipped anywhere else in the world there is a custom fee for delivery in each country so if you don't see your country at checkout please make sure to contact us so we can sort shipping out for you.
